Our staff is made up of the most talented DJs, MCs and dancers in all of San Diego County with years of experience under their belts in the school dance industry. Our head DJ/MC and co-founder of sandiegoschooldj.com, J. Soul, is an industry veteran with almost 10 years of experience rocking clubs, Homecomings, Winter Formals, Proms as well as a multitude of other events. He has amassed a staff of San Diego’s best DJs, MCs and Dancers and they are poised to bring their unique and hype style of entertainment to your next school dance! From San Marcos to San Ysidro, La Jolla to Lincoln Heights, Poway to Pacific Beach and Carlsbad to El Cajon…we’ve got San Diego County on lock!
OUR MISSION
At sandiegoschooldj.com, we understand the difficulty involved in satisfying the students and keeping a smile on your Principal’s face at the same time. That’s why we take the time to sit down and listen to the needs of each ASB we work with through our in-school consultations. Through this face to face meeting we also discuss details of special features throughout the night such as Homecoming/Prom court, etc. And because we are local, we are always available for in-school consultations and meetings with your ASB, committees, Administration, etc. We also provide each school with their very own customized school dance request list where each student can log-in and make song requests for their upcoming dance. This puts the control back in the hands of the students and lets them have a say in what music is played at their dance. And once the planning is done, it’s time to do what we do best which is make your dance one that will be talked about for years to come. Our DJs and MCs don’t just play music and make announcements; we become a part of the dance hyping up the crowd and mixing the entire night giving you a non-stop dance party. We take pride in playing the hottest and latest music while still being able to make the crowd go wild when we drop a throwback. The atmosphere we build on your dance floor is unlike any other ever seen in San Diego and it is our trademark. Talk is cheap, right?
